1. Collection of personal information by KFC
In applying for a position of employment at Kentucky Fried Chicken Pty Ltd (‘KFC”), you will be providing us with personal information; for example, your name, address, telephone number, email address and any other personal information contained on your resume.
2. The purpose of collecting your personal information
We collect this information in order to assess your application for employment. We may keep this information on file if your application is unsuccessful in case another suitable position becomes available.
If you withdraw your application for employment, your personal information will be permanently deleted.
3. What if we didn't collect this personal information?
Without your personal information we may not be able to process your application of employment.
4. Disclosures to third parties
We will not disclose your information to a third party without your consent unless otherwise permitted.
5. Disclosure overseas
KFC may use online or ‘cloud’ service providers to store personal information and to provide services to KFC that involve the use of personal information, such as email services. Some limited personal information may also be provided to these service providers to enable them to authenticate users that access their services. This personal information may reside on a server of a cloud service provider which may be situated outside Australia.
