As an Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM), you’ll be the right-hand person to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), helping to keep things running smoothly. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure the Restaurant consistently delivers excellence in the Team Member Experience, Customer Experience, and Business Growth workstreams. KFC will guide you through each workstream to ensure you have a full and impactful understanding of the tasks required.
You’ll take charge of shifts, leading a dynamic team and making sure the Restaurant operates safely and efficiently. Team Members and Customers should always feel welcomed and supported, and you’ll play a key role in creating that environment. You’ll also focus on training and development, ensuring Team Members have the skills and confidence to succeed. Recruiting the right people, assigning responsibilities, and maintaining high performance standards will be part of your day-to-day. If things aren’t meeting expectations, you’ll step in with coaching and support to help the team improve.
Additionally, the ARM is responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Sales, Profitability, Team Member Experience and Customer Satisfaction. Managing financial aspects such as Budgets, Inventory, and Labour Costs will be essential to optimising efficiency and growth. You’ll also ensure compliance with Regulations, address Customer Feedback, and implement Marketing Initiatives to drive Business Success. Ultimately, your role is about creating an environment where both Team Members and Customers have an exceptional experience while helping the Restaurant grow.

Proven experience and performance in a supervisory position
