Restaurant General Manager
HR Officer and RSC Generalist
You can look forward to flexible shifts that fit around your life commitments and great restaurant discounts as soon as you jump on board. You'll gain a new crew of friends and be rewarded with lots of little perks for going the extra mile to help out your team.
We know that for many of our people, study and family need to come first. That’s why we offer flexible rosters that will accommodate commitments you have outside of work.
You'll become your best self by approaching your time at KFC ready to take on new responsibilities, be part of (and maybe even lead!) a team, solve problems and learn from the people around you.
Lots of fun!
We work hard but we also know how to have a good time. It's a fun and fast-paced environment where team members share lots of laughs and celebrate each other's successes.
From the first week you’ll receive great training so you can confidently carry out key jobs within the restaurant, including cooking! And if you're interested in turning your job into a serious career, the opportunity is yours for the taking. Nearly every KFC restaurant manager, as well as many of our corporate leaders, started their careers in one of our restaurants. Work hard and you could score a KFC traineeship or gain corporate experience as part of our graduate program.
A KFC traineeship could lead you anywhere. It's your ticket to a nationally recognised qualification and a clear career path through our global company. Running for 1-3 years, our traineeships will give you a combination of work experience and on-the-job training. When you’re done, you might land in restaurant management or our corporate headquarters in Sydney.
